Conveyancer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Well established law firm in Centurion is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team.

Minimum requirements:

LLB degree
Must be an Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 - 5 years' post admission experience
Must have experience in transfers and bonds (ABSA, Standard Bank and FNB)
Must have experience with GhostConvey

Responsibilities:

Opening of files
Acknowledgment of instructions
Drafting of transfer documents (power of attorneys, affidavits and deed of transfers)
Drafting of Mortgage bond documents
Drafting bond cancellation documents
Preparation and attending to lodge documents at the Deeds offices
Consultation with clients (signing of documents)
Registration of Bonds with clients
Preparation of invoice to client
