JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is a well-established Legal Firm based in Pretoria East, Gauteng, and they are currently looking for a Conveyancing Attorney who has practice areas in transfers of commercial and residential property, donation transfers, estate transfers and partition and rectification and sub-divisional transfers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Essential: Matric.
Essential: 5-10 years’ experience as a Conveyancing attorney.
Essential: LLB Degree and Admitted Attorney.

Roles and Responsibilities

Tasked with applications and subsequent Section 21 Alienation of Land Act transfers.
Responsible for the registration and/or cancellation of respected mortgage bonds.
Meeting with clients for signature of transfer and bond documents.
Tasked with the registration of servitudes, subdivisions, consolidations and related matters.
