Conveyancer Attorney

Minimum Requirements

• Essential: Matric.
• Essential: 5-10 years’ experience as a Conveyancing attorney.
• Essential: LLB Degree and Admitted Attorney.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Tasked with applications and subsequent Section 21 Alienation of Land Act transfers.
• Responsible for the registration and/or cancellation of respected mortgage bonds.
• Meeting with clients for signature of transfer and bond documents.
• Tasked with the registration of servitudes, subdivisions, consolidations and related matters.
