Conveyancer (Bonds Attorney)

Duties & Responsibilities
Full function bond related legal work - registrations and cancellations
Regular liaison and relationship building with banks, estate agents, bond originators and clients
Solution finding and results driven approach to deliver excellent service in a highly competitive market

Desired Experience & Qualification
LLB degree essential
Must be an Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer
Minimum 5 years' experience in Conveyancing (Bonds specific, all major banks) in a Law firm
Must be dynamic with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Only candidates who are fluent in Afrikaans and English will be considered
