Conveyancer / Conveyancing Attorney
Location: Ballito, KZN
Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 CTC (Depending on experience)
 
Well established legal practice based in Ballito is seeking a Conveyancer or Attorney with conveyancing experience to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer OR Attorney practicing conveyancing
• Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience within conveyancing
• Experience attending to transfers
• Bond registration experience would be advantageous
• Experience working on LexisConvey
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage matters independently
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Managing conveyancing matters from inception to registration
• Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation
• Liaising with clients, banks, estate agents and relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with conveyancing processes and deadlines
• Attending to general conveyancing administration
