JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm is seeking to expand and they require a Conveyancing Attorney to run a new branch. Based in PMB.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Qualified attorney and conveyancer
Minimum of 5 years of experience in both bonds and transfers
Must be proficient with Lexis Convey and E4
Able to work independently from receipt of the instruction until registration but also be able to follow and carry out instructions and be detail orientated.
Ability to manage people

Duties will include:

Taking ownership of the transaction from beginning to end, including preparation of final accounts.
Preparing and maintaining files accurately according to specification
Drafting of all transfer and supporting documents accurately and efficiently and arranging for signature thereof
Drafting loan and bond documents for various financial institution and strict compliance with the various financial institutions service level agreements
Liaising with clients and Estate Agents
