JOB SUMMARY:
My client, a well-established Legal firm, who is based in Pretoria is currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Secretary.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Must have 2 years’ experience in property transfers.
2 Years’ experience in a Legal industry.
The following programs would be beneficial:

GhostConvey.
LegalSuite.

Previous experience in MS Office is essential.

Roles and responsibilities:

Typing of documentation as requested.
Opening of files for new clients.
Responsible for property transfers.
Opening of registers.

Closing Date:
