SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with strong expertise in Standard Bank and First National Bank bond registrations
Salary: R20 000 - R30 000 CTC, based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
4 – 8 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
Proven experience handling both Standard Bank and FNB bonds

Key Requirements:

Ability to manage bond registrations from inception to completion independently (no split functions)
Thorough knowledge of bank processes, including bulletins and circulars
Ability to handle high volumes efficiently and with minimal errors
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Honesty, integrity and professionalism are non-negotiable
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of files
