A Law Firm in Cape Town CBD is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary dealing with Transfers

Salary: Market - Related

POSITION INFO:
They are seeking a skilled Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to join the team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and be responsible for providing administrative support in the conveyancing department.

Minimum requirements:

Prepare and draft legal documents related to property transfers
Experience in Deceased Estates Transfers would be ideal
Assist in managing client files and documentation
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently would be beneficial
Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans is essential
