Established Law Firm in Sandton is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Experience dealing with Transfers
Experience with Developments would be an advantage but not essential
Experience with Bonds would be an advantage but not essential
5 Years' plus experience dealing with Transfers
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to handle the full transfer process from start to finish
Will also be responsible for dealing with all the finances on Transfers
