POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a qualified Conveyancer with hands-on experience in property transfers and a strong administrative skill set. If you’re confident managing files from start to finish and enjoy working in a structured legal environment, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare transfer, bond, and bond cancellation documents.
- Handle estate transfers with accuracy and care.
- Manage conveyancing files from inception through to final accounts.
Skills & Experience
- Experience using Lexis Convey (advantageous).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- LLB degree.
- Admitted as a Conveyancer.
- Member of the Legal Practice Council.
