JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description of role:

Processing, researching and managing of all Daily / Weekly Corporate Actions / Dividends to provide a world class offering to the business locally and abroad.

Always provide professional service, prompt response and timeously query resolution to all our customers internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Corp Action / Dividends processing, research and managing (daily)
Attend to client queries in a professional and timely manner

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Current qualifications within the financial industry
Minimum 2years previous experience in Corporate Actions / Settlements
Completion of STRATE courses (Corporate Actions and/or Settlements) will be an advantage
Effective Time management skills
Ability to concentrate and bring strong working structure under pressure
Minimum Intermediate to good level Excel
Strong numeracy and administrative skills
Proficient on MS Office – Excel, MS Word, Power point, Outlook.
Good written and verbal English
Good researching skills
Good typing and communication skills.
