We are seeking for a corporate commercial associate. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

The candidate must have the following:

Strong drafting skills
Involvement in corporate transactions whether mergers and acquisitions or project finance
Drafting of agreements like:
Sale of business
Sale of shares
Partnership agreemen
MOI
Shareholders agreement
Demonstrate experience in engaging with clients
Demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation such as companies act
Transactions undertaken and experience

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney
Experience – 3 years solid post admission commercial experience
