Duties:

Detailed financial modelling
Preparation and analysis of company business plans and investment memorandums
Drafting of various reports including business analysis and valuations
Supporting senior members of the team throughout transactions
Client presentations and engagement

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Accounting
BCom Honours / CTA
CA(SA)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Strong academic record is a MUST!

Experience:

Newly Qualified CA(SA)
Familiarity with financial markets, particularly African venture capital, private equity and unlisted credit.

Skills & Competencies:

Microsoft Excel ability
Demonstrable analytical and accounting skills
Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
Self-starter motivated to do well in the business world and tenacity for working in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel internationally
