Great / rare opportunity to join an established Corporate Finance team, in Cape Town.

You would form part of a team responsible for strategic structural growth business opportunities, including transactions ranging from acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, disinvestments, strategic alliances and new business developments.

This is a mid to senior Corporate Finance opportunity and suited to a candidate with 5-10 years' Corporate Finance experience. Involvement in BIG M&A deals (R1 billion plus) essential – whether as a Corporate Finance Lead or at Associate level (sector exposure less important than size of deals worked).

A strong professional / tertiary background required – both in terms of qualification and academic results.
