JOB SUMMARY:
Corporate Finance Transactor/Deal Maker/ Executive Assistant
Prism Placements is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO for one of our key clients in the financial services space.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience & Requirements:

Relevant Degree - CA/CFA/Bcom honors/ BBusSci/LLB.
Min 5 years work experience in a specialist role ideally in corporate finance/M&A/deal making or equity analysis space.

Oversee strategic business initiatives.
Assist and communicate with the CEO and executive leadership team in:
Decision-making.
Program management.
Initiative implementation.
Build relationships with executives/Board members within Group.
Impeccable organisation skills.
Be a trusted confidant.
Problem solving.
Strong analytical skills.
Superior time management abilities.
Strategic multi-tasking.
Consistently calm under pressure.
Expert level communication skills, getting to the point swiftly, smartly with absolute clarity.
Resourceful and able to negotiate.
Project management ability.
Build and develop relationships with all employees.
Independent leadership of special CEO-initiated projects.
Proactive identification of issues that could impact CEO commitments.
Act as an adviser to the CEO and senior management team.
Recognise and initiate new business opportunities.

Remuneration:

1.2M C.T.C. p/a (negotiable) excluding bonus / incentives.
