Pretoria East, Gauteng
R 20 000 CTC Per Month

A leading and established group of companies within the hospitality industry, with luxury lodges and properties across various locations, is looking for an experienced Corporate Governance Administrator to join their team urgently.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric 2 Years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial administration, Board administration, statutory compliance or a similar governance environment Experience working across multiple legal entities will be advantageous Experience dealing with Boards, auditors, regulators and professional advisers will be advantageous Sound knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate governance requirements Knowledge of governance requirements applicable to Share Block Companies, Homeowners Associations and similar entities will be beneficial Ability to analyse information, identify inconsistencies and professionally challenge incomplete or inaccurate information Strong Microsoft Office and electronic document-management skills High level of confidentiality, discretion and professional judgement Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume, multi-entity environment Valid drivers license plus own reliable vehicle Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga Apply via our website \/\/ MP009015 If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
