SUMMARY:
MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Litigation Secretary in the Corporate Department of our Cape Town Branch

POSITION INFO:
Requirements/Experience:

At least 3-5 years experience as a Secretary in a Corporate/Litigation environment
Experience capturing fees and invoicing
Knowledge of legal documents and terminology
Organising, maintaining and preparing files
Administrative support (managing correspondence, filing, scanning)
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and organisation skills
