REQUIREMENTSMatric plus Tertiary qualification highly advantageous
Exceptionally well organised, excellent communication skills – written and spoken
Able to multi-task and deal with many enquiries simultaneously
Minimum 10 - 20 years’ experience in an executive role
Excellent Computer Literacy, Typing, Excel, PowerPoint
Very experienced with booking extensive travel – flights, hotel, taxi etc.
High attention to detail
Ability to take ownership of the role and remain one step ahead of all schedules and PA duties
DUTIESExecutive secretarial assistant to the Director
Prepare agenda to handover at the start of each day
Scheduling meetings and diary management for the Director
Assisting with organisation of large conferences and dealing with all enquiries from delegates travelling from abroad
Minutes of meetings
Solving any enquiries that don’t need to go to the Director in order to save him time
Typing correspondence
Managing reports before and after meetings
Catering arrangements for meetings
Organising lunches, any ad-hoc personal errands that need to be taken care of
Booking travel arrangements for Domestic & international travel including hotels, car hire, uber, restaurants etc.
Meeting and greeting visitors coming in to see the Director
Manage the filing system– both personal and business
Deal with all staff needing meetings with the Director and various correspondence requirements
Salary: R, negotiable dependent on experience
