We're Hiring: Senior Cost Accountant - FMCG Industry

We're working with a leading name in food manufacturing, an iconic brand with a truly South African history, and are looking for a Senior Cost Accountant to join their growing team.

KPI’s:

• Standard costing: PPV, bill of materials, labour, overhead, and variable costs
• Designing, auditing, and maintaining costing models
• Variance analysis and trend reporting
• Stock counts and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Management reporting and supporting cost-saving initiatives
• Partnering closely with finance and operation

Requirements:

• BCom degree in Finance or Management Accounting
• CIMA in progress
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a cost accounting role within the manufacturing or FMCG sector
• Experience working in a plant or factory environment
• Microsoft Excel advanced skills
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen
