This business operates within a fast-paced factory environment where accurate costing and strong financial control are critical to operational success. This role is ideal for a detail-driven finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations and production teams.

Duties:

Oversee and maintain accurate standard and actual costing processes within a manufacturing environment
Prepare and monitor production and factory budgets
Perform variance analysis between standard, actual, and budgeted costs
Support operational teams with cost control insights and recommendations
Assist with month-end reporting and management accounts
Support financial planning and forecasting within the manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a costing-focused role
Strong experience within a manufacturing or factory-based environment
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
