A leading manufacturing company is seeking the expertise of a Cost Accountant to form part of their fast growing team.

My client has over 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. As a well know brand among their consumers they have expanded across South Africa and therefor looking for the perfect Cost Accoutant to grow with them.

As a Cost Accountant you would need to be able to take on challenges.

• Salary journal and recon
• Bill of materials
• WIP
• Stock control, and materials planning
• Asset management
• Budgets
• Revenue recons
• Fixed assets recons
• Bank recons
• General ledger recons (balance sheet)
• Debtors book finalisation
• Debtors applications
• Daily cash flow for management
• Payroll submissions
• All processing of financial documents
• Creditors processing and reconciling
• Debtors processing and reconciling
• Invoicing
• General journals processing
• All creditors processing and reconciling
• All debtors processing and reconciling
• Reception duties
• Cashbook processing and reconciling
• Invoicing backup

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3- 5 years’ experience
• Bcom degree minimum

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/ cost & management.
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
