An extraordinary opportunity with a one of the largest FMCG companies in South Africa. They are looking for an energetic and vibrant individual to join them in the role of Cost Accountant. This Global Company is listed and have grown into one of South Africas largest household names.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

Ensure accurate costs

Responsible for the accurate and timeously calculation of the absorption cost

Loading of new bills of material

Accurate and timeous loading of change to existing bill of materials

Monthly reporting

Conducting required cost review and valuation of stock

Monitor manufacturing expenses

Ensuring compliance with internal control

Develop the reports and review with Finance Manager

Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements in factory

BCom

Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience
