SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing Industry has an opportunity available for a Cost Accountant in the Germiston area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

B.Com degree
Studying toward CIMA an advantage
3 – 5 years’ minimum experience in Production or Manufacturing management roles in an industrial/ manufacturing environment, with exposure to all areas of production and manufacturing
Business and JDE experience
MS Office proficiency
Attention to detail

KPAs:

Upload pricing into JDE
Fully manage and lead the cost and control environment with regard to materials management
Sense check and validate Boms
Prepare analysis of Production activities in line with Standard and Activity based Costing methodology
Perform audits and maintain control of all Books used on site, including manuals and gate passes
Manage daily costing requests
