SUMMARY:
Manufacturing client is looking for a Cost Accountant (Syspro), Based in Industria West JHB paying R550 000 - R650 000 Neg

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Strong Syspro experience is required
Achieve targeted variance.
Ensure all variances in the inventory cycle counts are cleared within 5 days.
Accurate BOM calculations.
Ensure IFRS and GAAP standards are applied.
Relevant monthly performance reports.

Job Purpose:

Will be accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.
Responsible for constructing and monitoring those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management

Qualifications and or Experience:

ND / CMA degree and 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience manipulating large databases
