JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose: To perform costing and administration in the Service Department.

Minimum Qualifications: Entrance Certificate: Grade 12.

Minimum Experience: General administration and costing: 2 years.

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia:

Compile costing documents for jobs.
Assist with administration.
Perform credits on customer queries.
Capturing service data
Capturing job cards
Assisting with additional administration in the service department
Microsoft excel and computer experience required
Parts & Service sales experience (i.e. understand how to read online drawings)
Technically minded.
