POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing: Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage the full product costing process-from raw materials through to finished goods. Perform cost and variance analysis to identify savings and improve profitability. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor inventory, WIP, and stock movements while ensuring costing accuracy. Partner with operational teams to improve efficiencies and strengthen cost controls. Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions. What We're Looking For: BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related qualification. 3-5 years' experience in Cost & Management Accounting. Manufacturing industry experience will be highly advantageous. Proven experience with product costing in a manufacturing environment. Strong management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Experience with inventory, WIP, and stock accounting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Sage Evolution and\/or Power BI experience will be advantageous. Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
