JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a leading manufacturer in the heavy engineering & automotive environment is looking for an experienced Cost & Management Accountant to join their dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Phoenix, Durban

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
5-8 years of working experience in an accounting-related field
Stock and cost accounting experience in a production environment is preferable.
CIMA Affiliated or equivalent
Strong knowledge of, stock management, budgeting and cost control principles
Attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
Proven track record of execution and delivery through others and strong leadership skills.
Strong engagement & communication skills
Must be Computer Literate (MS Office) & Omni Preferable

Responsibilities:

Cost Centre allocation
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Inventory Management
Maintain bill of materials
Supplier negotiation
