POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including rolling forecasts
• Prepare and present monthly management reports with detailed variance analysis
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and improve profitability
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies
• Enhance reporting processes and support system improvements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom in Accounting / Finance (essential)
• SAIPA / SAICA articles (advantageous)

• 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a similar role
• Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling

• Advanced Excel (non-negotiable)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
