Job and Company description:

This role will see you as the second in charge to the Financial Manager, grooming you to take the lead in your divisions.  This is a multi-national company aiming for customer satisfaction in the FMCG and retail markets and has been reputable for growing year on year. They focus on employees’ career growth, training, and developing teams continuously.

You will be based in the procurement division, taking on the full costing function, which includes duties such as:

• People Management
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Continuous improvement projects
• Variance analysis
• Absorption Costing
• BOMs and WIPs management
• Management reporting

Education:

-          Completed BCom or higher is essential

-          Completed CA(SA) or CIMA accreditation is advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

-          8 to 10 years’ Commercial exposure is preferred

-          3 to 5 years’ management experience is essential

-          FMCG, Manufacturing, factory, or similar experience is essential
