Qualifications / Requirements:

• Internal/Counter sales experience, preferably in steel /piping / fittings/ engineering fields

• Strong communication skills and professional manner

• Experience with:

- Responsible for interacting with customers by attending to their respective enquiries / orders or making recommendations about the best alternative available product

- Responsible for the processing of customer orders

- Provide quotations to the customers

- Advise customers with respect to stock availability and lead times

- Ensure sales and GP targets are achieved

- Provide after sales follow up to ensure that the customers are happy with the service

- Handle administrative duties
