Country Change and Deployment Manager

My client in the banking sector is looking a Country Change and Deployment Manager

Duration 12 – 16 month

Remote but travel into Africa is required

Key Competencies

• Knowledge and experience in SAP Project delivery and deployment.
• Experience in resolving complex business, change management and program delivery challenges.
• Experience in project management of matrix teams responsible for stakeholder and change management, business readiness, deployment, go live and transition to support.
• Strong experience in stakeholder and change management.
• Skilled in written, verbal, and presentation of business communication when interacting with stakeholders in a professional services business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving development efforts with stakeholders.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10-15 years of experience managing the delivery of complex projects which includes at least one full cycle SAP project.
• financial services industry experience (i.e. Insurance or Bank) is preferable
• Possess strong leadership, able to motivate & guide others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to engage and communicate with client executives
• Ability to facilitate customer meetings to gather requirements and provide thought provoking solution recommendations and review periodic progress reports with stakeholders
• Experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team project environment.
• Exposure to both traditional/waterfall project management as well as agile project management, certification in both would be preferred.
