My client in the banking sector is looking a Country Change and Deployment Manager

Duration 12 – 16 month

Remote but travel into Africa is required

Key Competencies

Knowledge and experience in SAP Project delivery and deployment.
Experience in resolving complex business, change management and program delivery challenges.
Experience in project management of matrix teams responsible for stakeholder and change management, business readiness, deployment, go live and transition to support.
Strong experience in stakeholder and change management.
Skilled in written, verbal, and presentation of business communication when interacting with stakeholders in a professional services business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving development efforts with stakeholders.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

10-15 years of experience managing the delivery of complex projects which includes at least one full cycle SAP project.
financial services industry experience (i.e. Insurance or Bank) is preferable
Possess strong leadership, able to motivate & guide others
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to engage and communicate with client executives
Ability to facilitate customer meetings to gather requirements and provide thought provoking solution recommendations and review periodic progress reports with stakeholders
Experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team project environment.
Exposure to both traditional/waterfall project management as well as agile project management, certification in both would be preferred.
