Specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP Implementation Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Banking sector is seeking a Specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP Implementation Project Manager on a contract duration of 5 months.

POSITION INFO:

• Requirements/Selection Criteria
• ERP implementation experience
• Minimum 8–10 years’ project management experience, including at least 3–5 years leading ERP implementations and at least one end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/Operations) implementation (or comparable D365 ERP rollout) through go-live and hypercare.
• Own the end-to-end testing and deployment plan: coordinate SIT/UAT cycles, test readiness, defect triage and resolution governance; track data migration iterations; and manage cutover planning, go-live readiness, and deployment checklists.
• Own and maintain RAID and dependency logs; drive mitigation plans, escalation pathways, and resolution of blockers.
• Coordinate business readiness, communications, training and stakeholder engagement plans in partnership with Change Management;

• Delivery methodology
• Proven delivery using structured implementation methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Success by Design / Sure Step, Agile/Hybrid, Waterfall) with strong governance, stage gates, and quality assurance.

• Education & certifications
• Relevant degree/diploma in IT, Commerce, Engineering or related. Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) required. Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications are advantageous.

• Functional & technical understanding
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report) and delivery components (data migration, integrations, environments, testing, cutover).

• Tools & reporting
• Proficient with MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; strong RAID, action, and change control management; executive-level reporting and communication.

• Stakeholder leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, drive decisions, and resolve conflicts in complex delivery environments.
