POSITION INFO:

We are currently recruiting for a Country Manager for a leading international energy developer with an exclusive focus on Solar PV.  Led by a dynamic trans-national team the company has a large and ever-growing international footprint.  Their vision, as an energy developer, is to achieve the lowest cost of solar energy in the world.

This is a new and exciting opportunity within the group and is a key position in leading their future growth.  Looking for someone to head up the Cape Town office and lead at a Country level identifying solar PV opportunities in Southern Africa.

Requirements:

• Experience as a confident leader in the SA Solar market
• Relevant Degree
• 5+ years of international business development management
• Must have closed 50MW+ of Solar Renewal Energy deals
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills in English
• Experience in competitive business capture, strategy development, corporate teaming, proposal development, program execution, technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, highly motivated, enthusiastic and a driven team player who can in influence, inspire and enable multiple teams to perform.
