Country Manager (Zambian Local)

SUMMARY:
Looking for a Zambian local citizen to lead and manage all operations and the overall strategy and performance of the manufacturing business in Zambia. The role focuses on driving growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance, while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Oversee daily operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Build and lead an effective leadership team and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
• Represent the company with key stakeholders and partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years senior leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong commercial, operational, and financial skills.
• Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa or similar markets preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
