What we are looking for: Creative Director

What you will do:

Convert marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies, guiding the team from concept to execution
Leverage audience, cultural, and demographic insights to shape clear, actionable creative direction
Attract, nurture, and retain top creative talent while fostering a culture of growth and professional development
Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, evaluation, mentorship, and career progression
Build and maintain an inspiring creative environment that draws and develops the industry’s best talent
Champion innovation and strategic thinking, motivating the team to push creative boundaries
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client relationships and contributing to pitches and strategic planning
Ensure seamless, transparent communication across creative teams, stakeholders, and clients
Drive the creative and strategic evolution of the agency’s brand and marketing initiatives to win new business

What you must have:

Relevant degree and qualifications within the related feel
Previous agency experience within the TTL space is a MUST
Demonstrated experience in the creation of omni-channel
Experience delivering and winning client pitches
Experience in managing a creative team as well as being able to step in from a design stand point where needed
Experience working on creative design tools
