SUMMARY:
Our clients across the Banking, Financial Services, Investment, Insurance, and Lending sectors are continuously seeking skilled Credit Analysts with strong analytical ability and sound commercial judgement to join their growing teams.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking to connect with finance professionals who are passionate about assessing risk, interpreting financial information, and supporting informed lending and investment decisions.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed credit and financial risk assessments
- Analysing financial statements, cash flows, and repayment capacity
- Preparing credit papers and recommendation reports
- Evaluating corporate, SME, or retail lending opportunities
- Monitoring existing credit exposures and portfolio performance
- Performing industry and market research
- Ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Engaging with clients, relationship managers, and key stakeholders

Ideal candidates typically possess:
- BCom Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or related qualification
- CA(SA), CFA, FRM, or postgraduate qualifications advantageous
- 2–6+ years’ experience within credit risk, lending, or investment analysis
- Strong financial analysis and report-writing capabilities
- Sound understanding of financial statements and credit principles
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
