We're looking for a confident and proactive Credit Controller to join a premium global brand on a 6-month contract. If you're detail-obsessed, people-savvy, and ready to own key customer accounts, this one's for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a debtor's book across major retail clients like Spar, Shoprite, and Pick n Pay
• Chasing payments, resolving queries, and ensuring invoices and statements are delivered on time
• Escalating slow-moving accounts and supporting weekly reporting for leadership
• Handling claim processing (including portal-based systems) with accuracy and urgency
• Maintaining strong professional relationships with key clients while keeping a firm hand on collections

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years' experience in credit control, ideally within FMCG
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a bonus
• Detail-focused with a knack for problem-solving and deadline-driven environments
• Able to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities with confidence
