SAP / Pastel

Job description:
As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for the following:

Provide the business with support in ensuring monthly billing processes run smoothly
Correct all incorrect sales orders at month end
Process ad-hoc invoices and credit notes
Forecast to Financial Manager
Maintain debtors age analysis
Suspend and unsuspend client accounts according to company policy
Send letters of demand where necessary
Perform risk assessments through internal control procedures and make appropriate recommendations for improvements to ensure collections remain on track and improve for the business.
