JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in Kempton Park is looking to employ a Credit Controller on a 4 months contract to join their team.

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent.
3 years Credit Control Experience.
Further qualifications in Credit Control will be an advantage.
Computer literacy (Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook).
Must be able to speak Afrikaans fluently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Clean Disciplinary Record.
Clear Credit and Criminal record.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Increase cash flow through low DSO and meeting the department standard as per KPl's.
Telephonic and email Collections.
Reconciliation of customer accounts.
Allocation of payments.
Liaison with Customers, CC's and ASM's.
Query resolution.
Releasing of orders as per company procedures.
Phoning all on hold orders.
Minimize bad debts by constant follow up of delinquent accounts.
Daily and monthly reporting to CM.
Preparation of legal accounts to Legal Department.
Ad hoc duties as required by Management.
Based on the above mentioned and including Month end duties, you may be required to work overtime hours.
