JOB SUMMARY:
My client, in electronics is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team on a three months contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Working on overdue and resolving queries timeously.
Releasing of orders, running of orders on hold report .
Collection of payments dues .
Management of account according to payment terms and credit limits.
Ensuring billing credits are verified and processed.
Ensuring customer’s remain within signed trade term agreements. Reconciling Accounts daily.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Matric.
Minimum Credit management degree.
Credit management level 5 from ICM.
5-8 years experience as a Senior Credit Control.
Supervisor Experience advantageous.
FMCG Experience Non-Negotiable.
Preferable to have experience in a Retail business (i.e. fast moving company groups).
Preferable to have experience with Mass retailers (e.g. Makro, Builders, Game, Shoprite Checkers and OK Fun).
Sage300 experience is essential.
Very Strong in Reconciliations.
Excel advance, with the knowledge of Vlook and Pivot tables.
