SUMMARY:
A leading finance company that provides smart funding solutions to growing SMEs is currently recruiting for a skilled Credit Manager to join their Credit & Risk team, someone with a sharp analytical mind, commercial judgment, and a strong understanding of secured lending

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, recommend, and approve SME lending deals within delegated authority.
Conduct detailed financial and cash flow analysis to assess credit quality and sustainability.
Work closely with Legal and Business Development teams to structure and finalise secured lending, asset finance, and working capital deals.
Present professional credit assessments to the Credit Committee, highlighting key risks and mitigations.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signs, and take proactive corrective action.
Requirements:

Postgraduate qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Business.
Minimum 3 years in corporate or business lending, or 5â7 years in secured lending.
financial and commercial acumen.
Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, risk management, and collateral.
Confident decision-maker with sound analytical thinker whoâs comfortable working under pressure and enjoys problem-solving.
