What you'll be doing: You'll take ownership of a sizeable operations team, ensuring workflows run efficiently, service levels are maintained, and operational targets are achieved. You'll be responsible for: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of analysts, administrators, and graduates Driving performance through coaching, accountability, and continuous feedback Managing workflow, productivity, and operational capacity Implementing and embedding process improvements and operational efficiencies Leading change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption across teams Maintaining quality standards and ensuring consistent service delivery Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners Supporting training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence What we're looking for: We're interested in speaking to professionals who bring: A completed degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field At least 5 years' experience leading and managing teams Proven experience managing teams of 8 or more employees Strong change management and process improvement experience Experience within financial services, lending, banking, credit, or a related industry would be highly advantageous Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial information and understand commercial drivers Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills The ability to balance people leadership with operational delivery Who you are: You are a natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed.
