SUMMARY:
DBN000188 – Credit Reporting Analyst – Durban

Purpose of the job:
The purpose of this job is to analyse data, create accurate reports, and provide insights to improve credit strategies and department performance.

Required qualifications and experience:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or similar.
Skilled in SQL, databases, and advanced Excel.
2–5 years in data analysis/reporting (credit experience is a plus.)
Experience in finance or credit risk is desirable.

POSITION INFO:
Technical tasks competencies & experiences:

Build, manage, and improve reporting models and dashboards.
Analyse large, complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Track and report key performance metrics for the department.
Identify, implement, and maintain credit strategies and solutions.
Evaluate processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Handle ad-hoc analysis and projects.
Test systems end-to-end and log technical issues with IT.
Automate reports and streamline data processes.
Strong skills in SQL, advanced Excel, and quantitative analysis.
Able to communicate findings clearly and present data effectively.
