Credit Risk Analyst

Purpose:

To optimize risk and reward and build the customer base through the development of customer management strategy and policy.

Key Performance:

• Conduct effective data analysis and provide recommendations
• Compile portfolio management reporting
• Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner
• Effective self-management and teamwork

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Mathematics or Statistics and SAS Programming 
• 3 years of working experience within the financial services or accounting environment.

Knowledge:

General

• Understanding of the use of the credit risk systems
• Relevant legislation
• Knowledge of contact centre management and technology/credit granting process
