Purpose:

To optimize risk and reward and build the customer base through the development of customer management strategy and policy.

Key Performance:

Conduct effective data analysis and provide recommendations
Compile portfolio management reporting
Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner
Effective self-management and teamwork

Qualification and Experience:

Degree in Mathematics or Statistics and SAS Programming
3 years of working experience within the financial services or accounting environment.

Knowledge:

General

Understanding of the use of the credit risk systems
Relevant legislation
Knowledge of contact centre management and technology/credit granting process
