Job & Company Description:
My clients are looking to provide an opportunity for a Credit Risk Analyst to become part of their team of risk specialists in order to provide specialist knowledge, skills and expertise in the management of credit risk. This candidate will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the model development and validation function, specifically in either scorecard, pricing or impairments. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively understand and interpret the statistical practices and techniques in credit risk model development, have relevant experience in computer languages such as SAS and Python and be able to actively engage with stakeholders.

Education:

BSc Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, Physics or Actuarial degree
Hons degree will be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in quantitative credit risk
Experience in either scorecard, pricing and/or impairment will be advantageous
Good understanding of relevant computer coding languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Be well versed in explaining quantitative concepts
Effective time management and decision-making skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
