Purpose:

Develop Credit strategies that enable the strategic objectives and goals of the company.

Key Performance:

Drive the development of Customer value management strategies, business rules, and processes
Develop or adapt the credit strategies for new channels or products
Drive the implementation of Customer value management strategies, rules, and processes
Measure and advise on the effectiveness of Customer value management strategies, rules, and processes
Direct customer centricity
Team HR Management

Qualification and Experience:

Relevant Degree BCom or BSc Honours
8 - 10 years of working experience in Credit Risk Management or Financial Services
Knowledge of Capstone, SAP/CRM and GUI
