Are you a highly analytical professional with a passion for credit risk modelling and quantitative problem-solving? We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Manager to join a dynamic Financial Risk Management team, where you'll work at the forefront of credit risk, capital management, and regulatory modelling.

POSITION INFO:
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leading financial institutions, helping them develop, validate, and enhance sophisticated credit risk models while gaining exposure to cutting-edge methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices. What You'll Do: Lead and contribute to the development and review of credit risk models for both provisioning and regulatory capital requirements. Support the planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery of complex risk management projects. Drive the automation and enhancement of financial risk models using modern programming tools and techniques. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Engage with a diverse range of clients, from local credit providers to globally significant banking institutions. Translate complex quantitative concepts into practical business insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What We're Looking For: Strong experience in credit risk modelling , including areas such as IFRS 9, scorecards, and regulatory capital models . Solid understanding of modern statistical techniques and credit risk methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, and\/or R . Proven ability to manage projects, lead workstreams, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent. Qualifications & Experience: Honours or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science , or a related field. FRM qualification will be advantageous. Minimum 6 years' experience in a quantitative credit risk environment. Why Join? Work on high-impact projects within the financial services sector.
