POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, calibrate, validate, and monitor credit risk and IFRS 9 models (PD, EAD, and LGD)
• Analyse portfolio credit metrics, benchmark against industry peers, and present actionable insights
• Review and refine client deliverables for quality, accuracy, and strategic impact
• Communicate project outcomes effectively with clients and internal teams
• Draft comprehensive reports and presentations, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team upskilling

• Education: BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Quantitative/Financial Engineering
• Experience:
  • 5–8 years credit risk experience in banking or consulting (retail credit exposure preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IFRS 9, Basel II, and IAS 39 frameworks
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming tools such as SAS, VBA, MATLAB, R, or Python
  • Proven project management and strategic delivery capabilities
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities
  • Client-focused, adaptable, and quality-driven with a commercial mindset
