Are you passionate about credit risk modelling, thrive in a data-driven environment, and want to make an impact at leading financial institutions? We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Credit Risk Solutions (CRS) team that focuses on developing and reviewing complex statistical models used to quantify financial risk.

The CRS team is made up of Credit Risk Modelers and Analysts from diverse quantitative backgrounds, including mathematics, statistics, engineering, and actuarial science. We’re looking for an experienced Manager to join and help shape impactful, data-led solutions across the financial services sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Manager, you’ll play both a technical and leadership role:

• Develop and review credit risk models (e.g., IFRS 9, scorecards and regulatory capital models).
• Support and lead projects through all phases—planning, execution, and close-out.
• Code and automate financial risk models using Python, R, or SAS.
• Mentor junior team members and help build a collaborative, feedback-driven culture.

• Experience in quantitative credit risk modelling.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and modern credit risk practices.
• Proficient in coding with Python, R, or SAS.
• Excellent communication skills: Able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing small teams or workstreams.
• Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Honours or Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit risk.
• FRM certification is a bonus.
