JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Capturing of invoices for all companies
Carefully and accurately verify and process all creditor invoices

Ensure all invoices are duly authorized

Issue purchase orders and order numbers

GRN of stock

Prepare creditors reconciliations

Loading of payments on banking apps daily, weekly & monthly

Capture and close payments on accounting system

Inter-company invoicing

Ensure completeness and accuracy of payments

Effective preparation of creditor reconciliations to meet payment deadlines

Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions

Allocation of payments

Effective creditor document processing

Ensure that all payment obligations are met timeously

Assist with creditors account queries

Assist with Ad-hoc duties

Requirements and Skills

Minimum Grade 12

2-4 years proven experience as Creditors Clerk

Finance or Accounting qualification or equivalent added advantage

Computer Literate - Microsoft Office Suite

Must have experience with Pastel and Sage Evolution

Invoicing, Creditors & Cashbook Experience

Strong Reconciliations skills

Accuracy & Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines

Must be able to work overtime when required to do so
